TREKKING TOUBKAL 4.167 M.

THE ROOF OF NORTH AFRICA

ACTIVITY INFORMATION
Medio/4
Medio/4

A narrow 15-kilometer stretch of sea separates two continents, Africa and Europe, but also two distinct worlds: East and West. Despite being a neighboring country, Morocco continues to surprise us in many ways. Its landscapes, people, traditions, and cuisine—situated between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, between fertile plains and the desert—reveal a country far more diverse than we might imagine. We are convinced that it is well worth exploring it from within.

The terrain is also complex. Abruptly, the narrow Atlantic plains give way to the transboundary Atlas mountain range, which stretches 2,400 km across the Maghreb, running almost parallel to our Betic Mountains. This mountain range is of great climatic importance, as it separates the Mediterranean and the Atlantic from the vast Sahara Desert. Its highest peak is Mount Toubkal (4,167 m), located in southwestern Morocco. It is the tallest summit in North Africa and the heart of the National Park that shares its name. For all these reasons, Toubkal has become a prime objective for mountaineers of all over the world.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Send us a WhatsApp with the activity you want to do, the number of people, and a contact name. Once we have verified our availability, we will send you a WhatsApp with the information to reserve the activity, as well as all the details related to the activity you’ve chosen.

A month before the departure, we will contact you to request the first payment of 60% of the activity cost, and about 15 days before departure, we will ask for the remaining amount.

You’ll be in good company. 80% of our clients are independent travelers who love to explore. You’ll have the freedom you want, with the added security of traveling in a group. Plus, our cozy group size feels like traveling with friends you haven’t met yet.

We create small groups so you can make the most of your companions and connect with the environment in a more sustainable way. This smaller size allows you to experience the trip in a much more immersive way. The maximum number of travelers is 12.

Our trips attract a wide range of travelers from all over Spain. Our trips are for adventurous travelers aged 18 to 60, eager to have fun and live a unique, unforgettable experience. From our experience, we can tell you that beautiful friendships are formed; the more connected and positive the group, the more memorable the trip becomes.

The price includes what is listed in the “INCLUDED” section of the activity description. Each activity has specific characteristics depending on the destination.

It will always include a Spanish-speaking certified guide and liability and accident insurance (except for trips outside the European Union, where you will need to purchase your own accident insurance that covers the activities), as well as all the necessary technical equipment for the Multi-Adventure programs (wetsuits, harnesses, ropes, etc.).

The departure is confirmed 30 days before the trip. If the trip you are signed up for does not go ahead, we will offer you another compatible departure or refund your reservation payment.

The price does not include transportation to the activity location. For destinations within the peninsula, we always organize carpooling to share fuel costs.

For trips outside the peninsula, where the main mode of transportation is by plane, you will need to purchase your own tickets from the airport that suits you best. We are always happy to help you with the online ticket booking if you encounter any difficulties.

For trips outside the peninsula, we rent one or more vehicles to travel with complete autonomy, and any group member with a valid driver’s license can drive.

So far, we have always organized this aspect perfectly.

Primarily in hostels and mountain huts. The idea of the trip is to share a room with other group members. In many countries, it is common to find rooms with double beds that you will share with fellow travelers.

Both for trekking trips and multi-adventure outings, we will provide a detailed itinerary with activities, elevation gain, distance, and other data to help you determine if the activity is suitable for you. It’s important to note that the mountain activities we organize require good physical fitness.

For trips outside the European Union, it is important to travel with your passport, visas, and travel insurance. Keep this documentation in digital format on a USB drive or in your email.

Of course, once the activity is completed, and regardless of the destination, you are free to continue your stay.
